By downloading or using the Glowshot AI app ("App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
The App turns a photo you provide into AI-generated portraits and short videos. Results are generated by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Your content
You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload, and you may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. You must not use the App to create content that is illegal, deceptive, sexual, hateful, or that impersonates another person without consent. You keep the rights to your photos and to the results; we claim no ownership of them.
3. Free use and subscriptions
The App offers a limited number of free generations with a watermark. Glowshot AI PRO is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited generations within fair-use limits, no watermark, multiple variants, retouch tools, seasonal packs and video. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
4. Fair use
To keep the service affordable, PRO is subject to fair-use limits (currently up to 20 image generations and 3 videos per day per device). We may change these limits with notice in the App.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the App, abuse the API, automate requests, or resell generated content as a service that competes with the App.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowshot AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
